Nicole Kotrbova was born in the heart of Europe, the beautiful historical Prague and grew up surrounded by culture.
At the age of six she moved with her family to the United States and lived there for five years before returning back to her home town. Living there at such an important age shaped in many ways her personality. When she turned nineteen Nicole went flying to Spain to absorb as much energy from the sun and experience a life on her own. Now Nicole lives between Spain and the Czech Republic.
In February 2011 she packed her backpack with “the around the world” ticket in her pocket and started a big adventure. Photography helped Nicole discover the essence of passion : “It lives inside you as an independent part being stronger than your mind making you just GO AFTER IT !!” Nicole has found a special attraction to Fashion Photography. She loves clothes, materials, how they shine in the light and how they define who we are.
Clothes express our personality and how we feel in each moment. During the Late Middle Ages, it was increasingly believed that what one wore offered a glimpse into the individual´s soul. And Nicole wants to share with you her vision of fashion in each and every photo of hers.
